review for The Case Place
So, here's
the thing....
The Case Place is kind of a
family institution when it came
to trips to St. Croix. I have
been eating at The Case Place
for years, and while its your
typical pub style bar
restaurant, its the perfect
place to enjoy a beer with the
locals.
While The Case Place is usually
pretty busy the service is
magnificent, the menu boasts not
only traditional bar food but
also kicked up favorites. My
standby at CP is the Roasted
Garlic Veggie and Brie Plate,
while it sounds kind of unusual
for a bar in the islands, its my
perfect dinner, roasted
eggplant, zucchini, red peppers,
and garlic along side a warm
wedge of Brie and a hunk of
toasty toasty bread.
They also have wonderful sea
scallops, huge plump juicy
scallops seared just right,
alongside whatever sides you
desire. The kicker, not only is
the food and atmosphere a
delight.
